Violent Crimes
Have you or a family member been charged with a violent crime? You absolutely need a highly competent criminal defense attorney who will operate exclusively in your best interests.
At Malamut & Associates, we understand that criminal charges and convictions can have devastating effects on your life. You may be fired from your job or hurt your ability to get employment in the future. Most importantly, you could lose your freedom. It can seem like everyone is against you. A person charged with a crime may feel powerless, friendless, and alone. The police are against them. The judge is against them. The prosecutor, whose job it is to get a conviction, is certainly not on his/her side. The situation can feel hopeless, but you do not need to face the system without trusted and zealous counsel. Good counsel can make all of the difference. A highly competent legal advocate is crucial in order to protect you against the vast government resources that are lining up to convict you.
Malamut & Associates has retired county prosecutors, current municipal court prosecutors, and career defense lawyers at our disposal. All our attorneys collaborate in order to get our clients the best possible results. We move quickly to recognize and exploit the weaknesses of the prosecution’s case. Before retaining another law firm, you owe it to yourself to speak to us and see what we can do for you. We understand that good people sometimes make mistakes; we won’t judge you. Our attorneys believe in the Constitution. Despite the charges levied, we believe in the principle that everyone is entitled to a vigorous aggressive defense. Make no mistake, fighting a criminal case is a war. You need an attorney who is willing to go to battle. We are in the trenches every single day tirelessly fighting for justice for our clients. No firm can guide you through the system better than Malamut & Associates.
